"DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!! ZERO stars but it wont allow me. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Charlie's Paint & Body bought old/used parts and charged the same price as if they were new parts. They did not fasten my radiator splash shield correctly, so it ripped on the interstate. I brought the car back and they told me it was pre-existing damage. AFTER someone named Gary went under my car tore the part off. Then they fabricated a phony "adjustment claim". My car was fully insured and involved in a insurance claim. The bill came out to $6100 and they still did not fix my car correctly. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!"
"Excellent work done on my car and I really appreciate that my car was clean when returned to me. I can tell that they pay attention to detail. The job did take longer than I expected and deadline pushed a few times, but I can be forgiving of that because my car was handled well."
