"Very dissatisfied with the service technicians. They were on their cellphone, they were preoccupied with other activities and 1 technician even left during my oil change to go next door to the fast food restaurant and speak with an individual who was parked over there. The only person that I saw who was on task was the gentleman “underneath” the vehicles . Needless to say, I won’t be back to that establishment"
