"I have never had a problem until today. My car wash was fine, but I drove to the full service two employees past me. I waited for there return but they didn't. So I called and the gentleman said someone would be back. When he returned he was not happy and showed his anger tossing the hoses. Didn't offer the car deodorizer. First time I didn't tip.He was out of there before I drove off. I will be cancelling my membership after this month."
"All Vacuums not working. Most of working ones are stopped up. Disappointed the awning was removed going into the car wash. Opening times are not consistent. Signs say it opens at 8am however, it's after 9am today and it's still not open. Whoever bought this car wash has turned it in to a very poor business! Very disappointed!! I would not recommend it to anyone unless major changes are made!"
"I got the full service car wash and received half service. The waiting room was filthy. One of the staff was hanging out in that room and was not on break. One of the staff asked him what was he doing in there and said he was chilling. Only one guy cleaned my car. One vacuumed one side for a minute then left. My console where I put my drinks and other items was not cleaned. My windows were smeared. It was horrible. I realized this when I got down the street. I tried to call the number to file a complaint but no one answered."
"It has vastly improved with new ownership. They are focused on making this a quality business you want to use. It is a clean, open, and organized area with cleaning materials available for your needs. Customers are mostly respectful by not playing loud music from their cars. I hope this continues, or maybe team members will intervene if it occurs. The team members are very sharp, helpful, friendly, and personable. I continue to maintain my monthly account as it is a very good value for the services offered and provided."
