The UPS Store

"I was at your store yesterday afternoon. I will say I had a lot of things to return to Amazon, but I did my best to keep it as organized as possible. Apparently the woman working behind the counter either was annoyed I had so much or just was annoyed of my presence in general. Either way, it glaringly showed. If it was not a UPS that I have been going to for 20 years, I would not step one more foot in there when I see her. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by making her work. If I have to wait for the other woman to be available next time, I will. Horrible attitude!"

"The store itself is convenient and well-equipped. We visited on Saturday, February 10. The lady working there was eating her breakfast at the front counter. She seemed annoyed that we interrupted her. She was surly and brisk with us and other customers. Upon leaving, we asked for the expected delivery date. She replied “didn’t you read the notice before you signed?” We might go to another UPS store in the future but certainly not that one."

"I warned the clerk that I had problems myself trying to fax my document, saying that the paper was too light and the pages would tend to stick together and that she might need to put a finger between the sheets. She just blew me off., when in fact it took her four times to get it through completely. It was only on the last attempt that she had someone stand there and help it complete. There was also some right behind me that also needed faxing. After they started, I leaned over to the lady to tell to go to another store next time as it was much cheaper and told her the price - $2.99/page. Both hers and mine were 12 pages and going to an 800 number. She immediately told them to stop as she said that she could not afford that. No one had told her the price. Because it had just finished, they told her that she still owed it and got into an argument with a room full of customers. Not pretty."

"I had superior service here, a week before Christmas. Staff was efficient, able to multi task, and served with smiles. Lines moved. They handled a return and packed gifts to be shipped for me. While I waited, others printed labels, made copies and dropped off boxes to be shipped. Great job!"

"A quick and easy stop to return a package today. Friendly service and they could see that our package was ready so the clerk pulled us out of the queue and took care of it in an instant. Hey, we didn't cut the line! It happened so quickly that I didn't even manage to get any interior pictures. I'm a UPS store fan!"
