He provided a mini cash course computer 101 tech. I was very elated with the knowledge he provided. The service was quick and on point.. Ms Chandra , manager was very in Knowledgeable and provided high professional skills with desired outcome . I LOVED , the out come requested. Anyone who is in need of there services will not be disappointed. I will return when neeed again. "The Manager and EVERY employee are exceptional!! Always greeted with a smile and they without hesitation..offer assistance without question when I need help with my large heavy shipments 2-3 times a week. Even though I don’t need to, I would drive out of my way to use this location."

"Yes, there is a wait...depending on when you get there. Sometimes when you're in line it's frustrating. I've seen the staff pull someone from the back and open up a register for drop offs only... I would recommend one for people who are picking up only also. The reason I say this is because pickup people usually are in and out. But I know they are over worked. Sometimes people bring packages and the staff have to pack it for them. I know this is a service that's offered but customers are not considerate and will bring products and make the staff do the work they could've done beforehand. Every customer wants A1 care and the staff gives it to them... no matter how long the line. Can't blame the staff for that. Overall I think this is just a staffing shortage problem. I hope UPS are giving these employees what they deserve."
