"My friend had a car towed from a traffic stop has been trying to get it back they keep giving him run around. They will not give him his car back. Now they have had car since Dec 24th, 2023 and told him he owed 3500 in feea."

"Very friendly and courteous. They've helped me and my family out for years. As far as some of these posts on here, its generally a rule of business that you pay for services rendered. That's how business works. "Cash only" comments I don't understand because it's not mandatory to accept credit/debit cards. But I promise you in a pinch they will help you anyway possible. You can't please everyone but they will try to help you if you're not arrogant and are respectful"
"Owner tells me cost to tow my motor home over the phone on a Monday afternoon to tow to a local mechanic the following day from campground.(which would be Tuesday). Can’t get any response afterwards. Thursday evening I get call from owner telling me he just completed the tow and it would be 3 times the price. I refuse to pay the amount and only what was agreed on. Several weeks go by and cannot get in Touch with them. Come to find out they towed it to another shop and was telling shop owner I abandoned it. Shop owner tries to get my # from them, they refuse. He finds my number on paperwork in motorhome calls me and explains everything. They then threatened shop owner to give them my motorhome and he refused. These people and complete crooks terrible business and tried to falsely take possession of my property. Never ever use these people!"
"Very unfriendly to customers ; shady business practices (cash only), and they do business under different names such as “George’s wrecker service”; they are one of the on-call services for the city of Dothan and they WILL hold your vehicle until the ransom is paid. In our particular case they towed my motorcycle from the scene of an accident and when it was time to deliver my bike to Harley Davidson, they attempted to deliver it when the shop was closed then charged for that attempted delivery as well as the actual delivery when they were open (the next day). Demanded that the towing and storage be Paid before they would release the bike to the shop for repairs."
