"Don’t come here if you need repairs. The entire experience was awkward, and it felt like all they tried to do was price gouge you without diagnosing what was wrong with your vehicle. They start with a “What’s wrong with your vehicle?” Then, based on what you tell them, “o that’s a service, it’s going to cost … “ forcing you as a client to immediately rebuke the idea that their diagnosis was purely based on what you, “the client,” thinks is wrong with the vehicle. It was apparent that they would do whatever was quickest to charge a buck, disregarding any true maintenance check or diagnosis. Their faces and demeanor changed when I had to state that A diagnosis is what’s being asked for and that what I expressed was only my opinion and not a diagnosis. I had to remind them CarMax referred me to them. This is when, once again, the technicians face changes and went to get someone else. It was clear that they 1. only want to make a quick buck. 2. Aren’t interested in solving the issue as long as it keeps bringing you back to them. 3. Aren’t tracking there scheduled appointments, and 4. They are just plain shady. Once the tech left to get “someone,” I closed my hood and left. It was apparent they would do something to get me to pay $$$$ without fixing the issue. I’m a mechanic myself. Not cars but airplanes and so I understand something’s of general maintenance. So no this is not normal. , don’t come here."

He took time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. I could tell he was a genuinely good person and would not try to sell me something I didn't need. I definitely recommend this company. Before you get new brakes or tires, I would suggest at least dropping in and asking for a second opinion because I ended up with better quality at a lower price from someone who truly cares more about people than making a quick buck."
