"Our truck broke down with an explosives load last evening. The mechanice came out and tried to do everything he could to fix us on the side of the road. Turns out it needed more help than what anyone thought. They were able to help us get unhooked and towed to a place to wait for another truck and then towed us to the KW dealer as well. SUPER friendly and helpful!!!! HIGHLY recommend this company as they went above and beyond to help us anyway they could!!!"

"On January 9, 2023 @ 2am, my insurance company dispatched this company (Goodyear towing based out of Troy, Al) to do our roadside assistance because my husband F350 broke down on our way home from a road trip. This was the worst experience ever, it was below 50 degrees, the driver drove myself and my husband to our destination which was over 1 hour and a half away with no heat on in the tow truck with his driver side window down. Me and my husband like to froze to death and had to curl up together in order to try and get body heat from one another. The driver was inconsiderate and I don’t want to think this way but I think that we were racially profiled. On top of that we paid them $300+ dollars for the tow because insurance only pay for 20 miles of service. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is a 0. I will be following up with my insurance company to file a complaint."
"From the time I called dispatch to the tow truck driver pulling away Goodyear Towing was a professional organization with customer service at its forefront. It's the way I remembered it being years ago when you could expect a company to go above and beyond to be of excellent service. The driver they sent was extremely helpful. Dispatch knew exactly what to ask so the right equipment showed up to do the job. Truly a perfect experience given the circumstance since I was broken down. After this experience I'll never call another type company if Goodyear Towing is an option."
