"Mr. Kennon was recommended from a friend. Having my car for more than 10 years and at an entry level job, I needed a professional that was good, yet reasonable. A dealership was out of the question. Mr. Kennon had me bring the vehicle for him to look at. He quickly diagnosed the problem (my a/c was not working and Dothan's highs were around 95 degrees at the time). His pricing for labor and parts beat out 3 other shops by $30-85. The turnaround time was outstanding. I intended to rent a car, but he was able to get it back to me in 1.5 days. I will definitely use BIG RED AUTO again."
