"Well I was told by owners daughter to drop my truck off on Sunday! We I dropped truck off owner was real rude wouldn't even talk to me told me to get out his yard! I only did what his daughter told me that's no way to talk to a customer! When I picked truck up I told his wife about it! She only said he's the owner! To me that's sad I just wonder if I had been another color would he have talked to me like THAT!"

"I live in Albany and couldn't find no one to install a water pump on my 2011 Nissan. I truly REGRETTED taking my vehicle to the Dealership. Don't mind paying for the services but who wants to be overcharge. My brother lives in Blakely, GA and he told me that he knew someone very reliable which was BUD'S AUTO REPAIR SHOP. So I called them up and spoke with SHEILA (owner's wife) and she was such a nice person to talk to. Thereafter, I spoke with THE MAN (MR. BUD) and after speaking with him, I felt extremely confident about having my vehicle towed to his shop. My vehicle arrived on midday Monday and MR. BUD worked on it Tuesday and on Wednesday evening my vehicle was ready. MR BUD installed my water pump like some people change a tire. In other words MR. BUD is EXTREMELY SKILLED in this tedious job like installing a water pump because one false move can cost a new engine. They are KIND people. THANKS BUD'S AUTO REPAIR A very HAPPY CUSTOMER. "They were recommended by a friend in town. I called for a quote and got a call back with one within an hour! Took my car in around lunch time with the expectation of having it back next day but got called about 5 hours later that it was already repaired and for less than what they quoted! "At the time of my review, all previous reviews I saw for Bud's were 5-Star reviews except for one. The person who left only star has done so in Google reviews for two other businesses, so weigh that accordingly. As for my experience, I can honestly say that BUD'S AUTO REPAIR IS GREAT. They are one of my favorite local shops. I do nearly all of my vehicle service work myself, but I leave the repairs to professionals. Sheila is so pleasant to deal with in the office and the service I have experienced here is always first-rate. They seem to be very particular about their work and my vehicles are always as clean and neat when I pick them up as they were when I dropped them off. You know some shops will leave grease and dirt all over everything, not here. I always get a call from Robert before any work is done. He gives me an in depth explanation of what the problem is and what the cost will be to repair it. And almost as important as the money, he gives me a good estimate of when my vehicle will be ready. He's always attentive to my concerns and willing to answer my questions in a knowledgeable manner. I don't know how you could ask for more!"
