"When I baught my used Chevy Cobalt, the check engine light was on. I said I wasn't going to buy it unless they fixed the check engine light and they said no problem. The manager didn't put it on the service agreement and they said they would fix the check engine light because stuff wasn't put on the service agreement on previous buyers and they are cleaning up shop because of bad workers. I brought my car in for them to fix the check engine light and the had it for two whole weeks and when they said it was fixed and to come pick it up. When I came and got my car, the check engine light was still on. They took my car back in the back and were only gone for a few minutes and broght my car back and the check engine light was off. I asked if they didn't just reset the check engine light and it's not going to come back on again and the mechanic said it shouldn't. I called and said I needed to bring my car back becuase the check engine light came back on and the manager kept saying the check engine light was off when I came and got my car and they weren't going to fix the check engine light even though they said they would before. Worst customer service I had ever had in my life by far and i'm 52 years old."

"They put a bad part on my car, now they being nasty about it. That little girl Brittany nasty attitude, smart mouth, she can get smart with u but as soon as u say something to her she wants to hang up in your face, like a little child, but she definitely met her match. I asked to speak to a manager she says she’s the manager, she can’t be. Not with those horrible customer service skills if she is they need to close down. She mad because they got to fix their mess up."

"Called last week about the Chevy Spark I got approved and went to pick it up 3 1/2 hours aways .we test drove it and it was in horrible condition for almost $10k... Tara.. the owner said she had a kia so we test drove it and decided we wanted this one she said that there was a part of the a/c that needed fixed and she would deliver it Sunday. I gave her my bank information, driver lic info she request I texted her Saturday to verify for delivery and she never texted me back. I feel like it was very unprofessional to own a business and don't follow up with the customer."
