"I purchased a battery and asked them to install it. When the car still would not start, they told me it was probably the alternator. Refused to refund the battery and did not offer to test my old battery before replacing it with the new one. Extremely poor customer service. Do NOT shop here - there is an Auto Zone and an O'Reilly's just down the street and you would definitely be better off at either one of them."
