"I wish I could give them more stars..I called around for hours trying to find a shop in this area to work on my truck no luck one to two days out needed my truck fixed so I could get back rolling..called Ray-Lee's got me right and the the price was way better then I could expected they went above and beyond to help me in my need and as a owner operator this are the kind of people you need on your side made me feel as if I was family if I ever need more work done and going back to thm"

"Please make sure you get the full price before they work on your semi, not just a list of supplies. This is the second time they have done work on my semi without letting me know the full price BEFORE they work on it. The lady happily quoted me $175.00 on the phone plus supplies but she didn't say how much those supplies would be before she worked on my truck. When I came to pay my total was $985.00. I told her that wasn't the price she quoted on the phone and she told me that was the price before supplies which she NEVER gave me a price for. She told me that the price varies, which is what she should have told me before they started the work once they found the total price. I would have understood a 2 or 300 dollars on top of the 175 she quoted but not $800.00. That's a rip off and she did it with a straight face. I am going to have to report this to the BBB because talking to her was like talking to myself and I already see they are not going to make this right."
