"Went on for an oil change today. Walked in, four people standing, neither one acknowledged me. One of the young men finally asked if he could help me. Told him I was there for an oil change. Young man was not friendly at all. I had an issue with my engine light on. The young man told me the engine light was on due to a hose and the price to fix it, no explanation, nothing. I asked about my warranty, young man gets on the phone. I'm thinking he is checking on my warranty, he engaged in another conversation while I'm standing there, he then looked up and asked me if I was asking him a question. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but he really turned my day bad. If it were not for Mr. Raymond and the service manager, Peter, being so nice and kind, I would take my business elsewhere. We all have bad days, don't take it out on the customers"

"Was concerned about some excessive road noise so we stopped here on our way from Miami to Chicago. Thought I might have lost a balance weight or had a tire going bad. The technician (Johnathan) took the car out for a test drive, inspected each tire, and even re-balanced the one I though I had trouble with (was not far off). Very professional and personable. Everything looked fine and in-order. The manager (Chloe) didn't charge me anything - even after insisting. Hope to have a chance to give them some real business in the future."
