"I need someone to call me back as soon as this shop open! I don't understand how you're going to threaten to have my vehicle impounded AFTER paying what you asked for. When you left with the car it crunk up and drove no problems up the street AND now after you all played around with it for two weeks it won't start now that's crazy and didn't either bother assisting to help get it started, but want to have it impound for what??? This shop can't be under the same management it's been under a couple years back! The service, prices, the customer service is pure hell to deal with!"

"The worst service ever!!! What was suppose to be a one day turn around ended up being 2 weeks because they were ALWAYS “slammed”. Started off speaking with Marcus who went MIA during the process. So, it was a bunch of back and forth calling with Jeff. It took me 3-4 days to even get a quote and once quote was ready the prices was well over priced THEN was told I needed to pay almost $300 to just get the vehicle and no work has been done! 0 out of 10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND."

"Paid $140 to get told that it was $40 worth of parts that went bad and it was gonna cost an additional $400 to fix it. Come to find out you can fix it yourself in an hour with $5 worth of tools and save $360 in "labor". So needless to say don't take anything you own to these crooks. I understand having a shop makes you feel like you can charge more but at the end of the day $40 worth parts an hour of work isn't worth $540. And if they can make it make sense I would LOVE to hear it. Do the smart thing and avoid them at all costs. One stop car care does way better work and on top of that your evaluation charge goes towards your repair. So if you can't do it yourself try them instead. Hope this review saves you from getting robbed"

"Let me set the scene for you: my husband and I were passing through town, 6 out of 10 hours through a road trip, and our car won’t start. It was essentially 5pm on a Friday, so we were preparing to have all of our travel plans upended, when I realize we were walking distance to a shop called Gearheadz, and they weren’t set to close for a few minutes yet. Out of the goodness of their hearts, Marcus and Terry decided that they would be willing to help us out, even though their shop was effectively closed. After the tow truck brought our car in, they were able to diagnose our issue no problem, fix it, and all the while treated us with kindness and positivity, even though we were the strangers making their week longer. We were able to finish our trip with no other issues, and could not have been in better hands than at Gearheadz! Don’t hesitate to give them your business, and say hi to their shop dog, Bella, while you’re at it."
