The work done was perfect in every detail, including hidden damage behind the dented back bumper. I cannot say enough about Ashley. She is so knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the progress of my repair. She also told me about "diminished value", which I had no idea about. Ashley knows every detail of any repair work necessary, and all the details needed working with the insurance company. Upon arriving to pick up my car, it was washed and cleaned inside and out.
