"I would not select 1 star however it's the minimum of the options. This place is obviously not capable of doing auto work. They have had my sons truck for a total of 10 days for a oil pan gasket, and a radiator replacement. Still not ready as i make this review. I had a transmission replaced else where at a dealership and got my vehicle back in 4 days. The customer service is not great and the staff performance/production is obviously not a priority. Do not recommend them for repairs even if you have a warranty. Spend the extra money at a different shop and get your vehicle back in a timely fashion..."
"Do not allow this place to touch your vehicle! After 5 weeks at their shop, 2 tows to their shop, and near 1000.00 deductible, my car is worse now than before I took it there! A simple CV axle fix and now my car is not driveable! It shakes, steering wheel shakes and pulls to the left, it idles when stopped and sounds like it's about to blow up! So now once again I am without my vehicle due to lack of knowledge, negligence, and greed! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!"
"The customer service was very poor, the service clerk was very rude, and their not concerned with your car, I was told that it be 250 deductible before they could pull my car in to look at it not knowing what was wrong but I'm fortunate to be a mechanic,"
