"I wouldn't give you a star if I could. My family is devoted to Toyota, I have three Toyota cars and I have never experienced such poor service at Toyota, even from a sales executive. I was surprised by that! In the process of buying a car, he kept emphasizing his price, but I could not accept the price, so I said I was sorry so many times, I could not accept the price, I could not buy the car. But he said I was wasting his time. I think that's so rude!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"They were so friendly and super helpful. I had a paint repair job on the bumper of my Tahoe and it looks brand new. It only took three days and it was very reasonably priced. I even think they cleaned my car while they had it which is above and beyond and so kind. Definitely will use them in the future for any work and recommend them to everyone."

"Had our car for almost six weeks and we couldn't even get an estimate, much less any actual work done. Never returned a single phone call, kept putting us off about the used part estimate, didn't even give us a quote on all new parts, which requires no salvage. They might do fabulous work when they actually get around to it, but we didn't get a chance to find out. Ridiculous!"
