"Deceptive business. Brad took my car for hail damage and refuses to finish the repair. He was paid by the insurance company already. It’s been about 9 months now and he’s been saying it would be a few days left 6 months ago. The only thing the police will do is retrieve my car but won’t prosecute for theft by conversion. Don’t be a victim and steer clear."
"Stay far far away if you need your vehicle repaired in a reasonable time and expect to be able to communicate with this business. Brad has had my vehicle for almost 4 months. There have been numerous excuses for the delays. They never answer their phone and the voicemail is always full, sometimes it says thank you for calling some insurance agency. Communication by e-mail is equally hard and they rarely respond if at all. The insurance company has the same problem trying to get in touch with them. The insurance company finally sent out an investigator to see what was going on. This place does not operate like a reputable business would. I would not recommend doing any business with this place based upon my experience."
"Brad works on and treats the customers vehicles as if they were his own. Where others may be satisfied with good enough, Brad isn't satisfied until it's near perfect. "Not satisfied at all was told my car would be ready in 9 days and that was 30 days ago and had a rental until then I told them my rental was only good for 30 days and I was assured that I would have another rental waiting on my until my car was ready well that didn't happened and the lack on communication it terrible my insurance company can't even get a update on my car due to them never calling you back. Will never recommend this place ever I just want my car back."
"Brad and his team did the most AMAZING job on my 2015 Camry. They went absolutely above and beyond not only doing the body work but cleaning it up as well. They even battled the insurance company on my behalf to avoid after-market parts. You cant even tell my car ever had a scratch much less the damage done when someone hit my door. I will never go anywhere else."
