"If I could rate them 10 out of 5 stars I would. Matthew absolutely saved the day and took care of my family last week. My wife, 6 month old son and I were stranded on the side of the highway for 2 hours waiting for insurance to find a tow. We were on a road trip with about 4.5 hours left when my alternator died. We finally decidedly to call a tow ourselves. Matthew showed up to take us to the nearest pep boys within 20 minutes, but they were about to close and that meant we had to stay at a hotel in a pretty rural and unfamiliar area to us. Matthew asked a few questions and we found out he himself is a mechanic. He offered to stay late and install a new alternator for us for a fair price. He had us back on the road in an hour and we are just beyond grateful. He treated family like he would his own and as a father of an infant, I couldn’t be more grateful to him for helping my family get back in the road safely that day. I just cannot say enough about this positive experience and I will definitely be paying it forward. Faith in humanity restored!"
