"Traded in my car from out of state, the sales person I was assigned to was extremely hard to communicate with when I was not there in person. After I traded in my vehicle, they mailed my title to the wrong address and it took me months to get back. I also left a pair of my sunglasses in the car's built glasses holder, which I had just taken off the glasses right before I went I to finalize the trade, and when I called them immediately to come back and get them, my sales person would not answer my calls, and when I called the business they claimed there were no sunglasses and that my car was "already sold" the same day, however it was still listed for sale on their website months later (so that was a lie!!), and they would not connect me to my sales person, nor would he answer my calls or messages, nor did anyone help me once I told them that my title was mailed incorrectly (their error). I had a great experience until my sunglasses were stolen from this business and they carelessly handled my business."
