"Visited lil urn location yesterday 2/13.Very rude customer service from greeter. Did not even receive a new sticker with updated miles. Had to write my new miles on the old sticker. Wish the old crew was still there they were awesome. I will say the guy that cleaned my windshield was very polite."

"I visited the Take five oil change location in Lilburn Georgia. I had a very positive experience there. Nicole the representative of this location was very professional and very informative. There seems to be a lot of detail when they do an oil change at this location. They have three people check the car to make sure everything was completed correctly and they showed you the dipstick on the amount of oil, the folks seem to really enjoy their job and you can see from how they do their job which is very good I would highly recommend Take five oil change"
"I thought everything was good later on I heard this noise and I pulled over to look under my truck and saw this. It threw my whole day off. Y’all know how this ATL traffic can be. So I came back and asked the manger to look under my truck and ask how was I going to compensated for my time wasted. She gave a rather aggressive excuse and then gave two sorry coupons. And I didn’t get the military discount that they spoke about. You guys be the judge but does that sound like $100 quality service?"
"I go to Atlanta to visit frequently so I get my oil change there when I need it done. However, I go to different take 5 locations. The customer service here was the best yet. The staff was so friendly and ready to help in any possible way. They brought me a water bottle and asked what service I needed today. They really made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They got the job done and went beyond to make me feel comfortable. They cleaned my windshields and made sure I was good and didn’t need anything else done. I was not expecting this service but I would definitely return."
