"Let me start with saying I'm only giving a 1 because my initial purchasing experience wasn't bad, but it went down hill from there. August 2023 I purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT6 with new tires as part in the purchase agreement. Few months, I had to bring the car for an oil change, picked the car up & they tell me I need 4 new tires! I only driven the car no more than about 8k miles. After researching & bringing my car to several tire shops I found out that I was never given new tires. Even employees in their service department expressed that the tires were not new. I don't want throw anyone under the bus so I wont give any names. I go back to my sells rep Reggie and express to him the issue. He takes it to his manager Nubian. Nubian pulls the purchase agreement, and saw that is states new tires. He says he has to dig a little deeper to figure out the issue. He returns with paperwork & serial number trying to convince me my tires were new. I told him someone in his store drop the ball and I never received new tires. He then had the nerve to offer me sells rep employee discount of 5% off 4 new tires. Mind you, this problem started the beginning of November, & I'm still waiting for the cost of the tires, though I don't feel like I should have to pay for them. I've called left several messages no call backs, its like I have to stalk them calling over and over again getting the run around, its been awful. I was trying to be very patient though this started near holiday season, but going into the second week of January same thing. Once the vehicle was purchased I was no longer a priority. I feel like they took full ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I WAS A SINGLE WOMAN! THEY WERE JUST INTERESTED IN THE SALE At this point they are dodging & ignoring me and didn't want to take responsibility of what happened, so I decided to call corporate. I had to google the number because no one in the building knew corporates contact number which is crazy. I bought a luxury vehicle with out receiving a luxury experience. I beg you please save yourself the headache and DO NOT PURCHASE AT THIS DEALERSHIP go to another Cadillac dealership, especially if your a woman. They will tell you anything to get the sale. If you must go there please bring an experienced man with you so they don't try to get over. They called me more times trying to close the deal then they have throughout this matter. I am a mother of 3. Its gotten to the point that I have to keep putting air in my tires while waiting on hearing back from corporate. I am so disgusted with this company. A few years ago I purchased a vehicle from Hennessy Honda but this experience has completely out weighed the good, so I will NOT be purchasing from ANY Hennessy dealership. Im currently looking to purchase a vehicle for my son and I will be sure to stay away from them. PLEASE FULLY READ REVIEW AND STAY AWAY!!!!!"
