"I’ve always had a great experience here. All the staff are super professional and friendly. From Carolyn at the register/front desk to the guys and girls doing the interior wash. Unfortunately i would not continue my service here due to an encounter with one of the managers, Santonio, couple of weeks ago. I asked him about the Wi-Fi information so i could get some work done while my car was getting detailed. His response and attitude took the high road. He was nothing short of unprofessional and rude. Maybe he was having a bad day but such behavior does not warrant my business. Thanks!"

"I have been using this car wash for months now, but today something weird happened. I went through the car wash and my gas tank cover fell off. They found the cover, slightly damaged, and said they will not replace it because it had been superglued. The car is new and haven’t been repaired, but the manager Bri kept on saying the same thing. That she sees superglue and it means it was pre-damaged. She filed a report for the corporate and gave me a copy of it. I went to the gas station and noticed some scratches on the window and on the door on the same side where the gas tank is. So, I came back to show it to her and ask to include it into the report. She was very rude and had a very mean demeanor overall. She almost sounded like I brought them a damaged car and now lie about it. So ridiculous!!! She kept on yelling that she needs to go to her second job. I didn’t mention that I was running late to pick up my child. Who knew this would happen, right? She quickly took some pictures of the scratches with her phone but didn’t update the report. I understand her frustration, but it is what it is, and it’s not my fault that something went wrong at their car wash today. We’ll see how it goes with the corporate, and I will update the post later."
