When I say that the name "Magic Mobile Detail" couldn't be more fitting, this man has worked literal M A G I C on my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek! The pricing was competitive to that in the area, so my decision to choose Magic Mobile Detail for the first time was based on other criteria. The reviews were incredibly positive, so I submitted an availability inquiry. My work schedule is hectic, but it was worth a shot to ask for a later start time. I received a text within moments of submission (note: the owner actually READ my submission, because I asked specifically for a text) and after a couple of questions were answered, he was able to fit me in right away and for the exact time requested. I was sold! Now, for the real reason why you're here: I was completely transparent in that I wanted a basic/standard exterior wash, with the majority of the focus to the interior; SPECIFICALLY, the carpets and non-leather finishes. I own a white dog who sheds like there is no tomorrow and this hair is an absolute terror to remove. I was clear in that I was not expecting a miracle, just enough to "put a dent" in the hair removal so that I could be at a point of management. He thanked me for my honesty and understanding in that it may not be a one-stop-fix, but he would do his best. He did nothing short of his best. He far surpassed my expectations. It is a night and day difference in what he came into. Not only that, but the rest of the car (which I wasn't AS concerned about) looks immaculate. You can honestly sense the pride in his work. As an added bonus, he was an absolute pleasure to meet and converse with. 10/10 would recommend! THANK YOU, MAGIC MOBILE DETAIL!"

"I had requested quotes from 4 other places, all of them charging over 200 dollars for detail, some of them add an extra fee for clay bar. I had a very competitive rate, and only went over due to me requesting an additional service on the spot. Very professional, was able to fit me into his schedule the next day I requested an appointment. It took about 2 hours, but my car is cleaner than ever! In the 8 years I've had this car, I had never had it detailed and was very surprised at the results. He even did the clay bar on the roof of my car which was amazing, I hadn't seen the silver roof of my car in a long time. It just sucks that I live in a complex with no covered parking, and I have 2 trees right above that just constantly drips sap. I've learned my lesson, keep your car clean and washed. He made sure that I was happy before he left, and went back with his cleaner and vacuum in areas I pointed out again. Before and after pictures of the interior of my car, very happy!"

"Absolutely DISAPPOINTED!! I called him and he sound professional he came looking professional but let me tell you the quality and his techniques were not professional. I looking for a detailer and he isn’t no detailer at all I shocked that it even says he has 5+ year of experience. He didn’t even dry off the wheels and cause bad water stains on BLACK RIMS. I doubt he even used wheel cleaner due to old dirt still left behind after he “clean them”, and when he left soooo much hazy residue after he waxed my truck. I have to wipe the whole truck down and his helper that came in her own car did a horrible job in the interior, she missed so many spots she didn’t even clean the surface. She just quickly wiped down the surfaces with shiny Protector to make it appear clean but they was stingy with the all the products they use the bare minimum. She missed lots of spots as you can see in the photos. And the windows WERE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They were filled of oily streaks they just have used dirty rags on my windows. I couldn’t see anything through the Windshield at night I would get blinded by cars headlights!! And he stripped my clear coat on my right fender I posted a picture of that too it’s hard to see.he is using too much pressure for a car. I am baffled on how he has so many good reviews. I paid for and expected for a detailer not a guy with a mobile car wash!! This was the worst experience I ever had. A thrive through car was can do a better job than this. A cheap hand wash would have done way better. This is absolute bull***t. He didn’t even shampoo my carpet what a joke."
