"There is nothing quick about the quote process as they claim. I have been texting, calling, leaving voicemails, and sending birds for a week—A WEEK—just to get a quote. Can you imagine how troublesome getting your window repaired and your car back will be if it takes this much effort just to get a quote? They refuse to answer the phone no matter which time of day you call. They take days to text back and when they do it's few days in between responses. The last text correspondence was the person on the other end (have no clue who because they never introduced themselves) telling me they can't talk right now. I'm sorry...what?"
