"Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from Caliber Collision. In the last year since it was repaired, I’ve had to bring my car back TWICE because of cheap, poor quality repairs that they did. They give their repairs a ”Lifetime Warranty,” but I’ve been in contact with this location since January trying to get them to do a warranty repair on my rim that Caliber repaired improperly, and it’s been impossible to get them to call me back or fix the issue. I’ve brought my car in person, and been told by the manager he will “get a fix for it very quickly,” but can never get in touch with him or get him to actually fix the issue. Their communication is awful, their repair work is sub-par, and the customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor, avoid the stress, and choose somewhere else."

"My experience was excellent. Customer service and notifications were so appreciated. The work looks great and they have popcorn in the waiting area. The best part is you don't have time to eat it. Very quick service. Very little wait time."

"Super nice staff. Excellent repairs. My car now drives as it did prior to being hit. Exterior and interior cleaned (it was a mess after traveling 1500 miles), but it's very clean now. Hopefully, I will not need repairs of this nature again, but if I do I will return to this center."

LaKeisha was super helpful setting me up with a rental car through Enterprise and very friendly/accommodating! Both Mitch and LaKeisha made it easy working out logistics with my insurance company to get things handled in a quick and easy manner. All the staff I interacted with are quite personable and efficient, especially with the volume of customers they were handling on the drop off and pick up of my vehicle. Looks about as good as the day I drove off the car lot with it! Highly recommend!"
