Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

"Worst tire repair shop! I came in to replace the front driver's tire with another one I had in the trunk and put the other one back in the trunk. The technicians replaced the wrong one and threw away the other. The second time they switched the front tires, they completely disregarded my order and bent the splash guards on the driver's side while installing the tires. Finally, the third time, they got it right. This tire change took them 3 HOURS in total!!! I am distraught with the service!!"

"I initially scheduled an appointment for a tire patch. Upon arrival my tire was inspected and I was told that due to DOT policy the tire could not be patched, but I would need a new tire. The tire I chose was not in stock l, so the attendant gave me the next level up for the same price for the time that I spent there waiting etc. the team was very accommodating and respectful of my time."

"This is primarily towards the white guy who worked the counter from 12:50pm - 5:00PM as of Today, Saturday January 13th who said that they were new to the job. I cannot remember his name, so I'll refer him as the "Counter Worker". I took a tire into the shop that was leaking due to an attempted plug that I made, which failed so I wanted to see if it could be patched. I overheard the objections from the other mechanics saying that they could not get it patched as there was already an plug. The Counter Worker told me that they'll take a look at it and give me an call to see if it can be patched. They quoted me "1-3 hours" estimated service time. I come back approximately at 4:45pm as I had not received a call. As I walk in the "Counter Worker" tells me that they'll work on it in 10 minutes. I reasonably assumed that there were no problems as he said it should be fine to which I waited. The manager comes and tells me that it cannot be patched, and would need to replace the tire. The reason why I am reaching out is because was because I am frustrated that my time was wasted. I should have been contacted within the service time promised. Instead I return to empty promises from the "Counter Worker"."

"Dunwoody Location - How are they still in business! Brought my car in at opening, was the first one to arrive. Told them I needed two tire patches and left....five hours later no one had contacted me to let me know any update. I called and was told they would call back. Thirty minutes later I called again to be told my car was in line for an Oil Change, remember it was there for two simple tire patches. Another thirty minutes and they determine only one can be patched and to come back in 45 minutes to pick up the car....only to get a phone call that they cannot find the tire lock. When I come to pick up the Car, because at this point I cannot wait any longer, the employee sees me walking to my car which is in the bay, gets in it, speeds past me to the furthest spot in the lot, waits for me to walk over then tosses the keys at me and rolls his eyes. My car smelled like an ashtray and everything was everywhere from him looking for the tire lock. Complete waste of my day, total disrespect of a customer and I still need two tire patches. Dunwoody BEWARE!"

"Needless to say, they earned two new customers! I spoke to Brett over the phone and he was able to squeeze me in late on a Friday to fix an alignment gone wrong. He and K took great care of me and my car and had everything fixed in less than a half hour. They saved our weekend. I can’t thank them enough!"
