"I was looking for a used Tacoma 4x4 Off Road and found the perfect Taco in a beautiful sand color at Motorvation Jonesboro! The sales representative Gus Orozco handled everything for me and did a fantastic job! He was friendly, courteous, and helpful, and most importantly quick to get back to me. This was my first experience buying online and not only did Gus take the time to answer every question and more he sent me video closeups of tout side top to bottom, the engine, bed and inside. And pointed out any imperfection though there really were none. He then took me on a video test drive. The truck was delivered over 400 miles to from Georgia to Northern North Carolina right to my driveway. I bought it on a Friday and had it on Monday. The Tacoma had some nice customizations either the Pro hood and pro grill that made it look awesome!"
"Be careful when you try to get a car from this dealership. They sold this truck on November 30 2023 with a completely loose suspension. Even when they make me wait two weeks after they ask me for the down payment. You better bring your own mechanic to make a full Inspection before you attempt to get a car from these people. The condition the car was sold to me was unacceptable. Plus I put my life and my family’s life in danger just because the negligence of these persons."
