"I spent a pretty large chunk of my day trying to get my oil changed in advance of an upcoming road trip. The fifth place I tried was Northridge Auto Care. I arrived flustered, and a little exasperated, after driving around trying to find a place that wasn't "out" of my "unique filter mechanism." However, the gentleman who greeted me at Northridge was completely unfazed, and promptly assisted me. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I should have just started here, and will do so in the future. Auto repair places where I, as a woman, can come in and not be talked down to are rare. Lucky for me this place is right down the street."

"THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I have been to so many places where I felt I was getting ripped off, or waiting 5 hours to get an oil change. These guys fixed numerous issues, at a great price, in a matter of 30 minutes in and out and all with a smile. This is my new go to auto shop! Also, i’m a person of color and did not experience anything other than great customer service. Not sure why they have negative reviews calling them “racist” lol grow up"
