Guardian Transmission Repair

"It's hard to find people these days that do what they say they say they are going to do. But I dropped my truck off on Tuesday with a blown transmission and it was done on Thursday afternoon. There is no way to complain about that. The final price was about $1400 more than what was quoted on several occasions and with no explanation as to why, but I didn't ask either. I was just happy to have my vehicle back in a timely manner. And as of this writing so far so good."

"Guardian Transmission is awesome. They rebuilt the transmission in my '99 Oldsmobile Intrigue, which must have been a huge undertaking. The price that I ended up paying was the exact amount that Jason quoted me when I first dropped off the car, so there were no surprises. Let's talk about the price for a second. While obviously a transmission rebuild is going to be expensive, I felt that the quoted amount was fair and reasonable given the scope of work. After I got it back, I took it to my regular mechanic for a tuneup, at Jason's advising. (This mechanic had recommended Guardian to me in the first place.) He was pleasantly surprised at how LOW the price was for the rebuild because he had guessed that it would cost even more. This means that Guardian's price was not just "fair" and "reasonable," but actually a really good, low price. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and I will be trusting him for any future transmission needs I may have and recommending him to friends. Guardian did me right, unlike the other, more speedily-named transmission shop down the street from them, which I would definitely not recommend to friends. TL;DR take your car to Guardian. They'll treat you right."

"This is the second time I have used Guardian to service my 1 ton heavily loaded down work van, I cannot say enough good things about them. At my first visit, they serviced my transmission and addressed my leaking cooler lines by building new cooler lines stronger and better than what a parts store could provide while being somehow more affordable, years later still looking and functioning great by the way! Before my second visit, my work van started shifting hard intermittently and I had some engine codes and figured I better take it to my trusted shop, turns out it was an engine sensor causing the issue and not my transmission and even though they don't touch engines and it is something I changed out luckily, I was happy to know that there was nothing wrong with my transmission and that they found what the actual cause was. They are an honest, and trustworthy shop!"

"Great people do great work here. Very knowledgeable owner and staff. They took time to answer every question I had and address every concern. The price was slightly less than another shop quoted me. This place exceeded my expectations and saved me some money. "Great customer service and they went the extra mile by repairing more than what they charged me for. After a few bad experiences at transmission repair shops, this is my new favorite. They are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. They're right next to Enterprise Car Rentals. I felt it was in a safe part of town and it was within walking distance from several restaurants and stores. Thanks for the good experience. Also, the waiting room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available outside."
