"I got a new battery installed at home and had some electrical issues pop up (and a random noise in my car that was unrelated). I went back to this location 3 times. They ran a battery diagnostic again for free due to warranty, but my mechanic told me that they didn't recalibrate the battery (FACEPALM). Even after taking it back multiple times. The one fellow, said the noise was my AC compressor, when my mechanic told me the noise wasn't even coming from the same side as the AC compressor. It was the heat shield, that fell, onto my exhaust pipe, on the bottom middle passenger side of my vehicle. My mechanic discovered this in under 3 mins. I'll always have Triple A premium for roadside assistance, but they get 1 start for on-site service, since they did not know jack. For a $135 diagnostic fee, that I luckily circumvented, Express Oil Howell Mill has a diagnostic fee of $78.50 w/tax and were able to ACTUALLY diagnose the issue. Thank you Express OIl."

"Terrible experiences with AAA. A couple months back I called earlier in the day to get my personal vehicle towed due to an unexpected flat tire. They weren’t going to be able to tow my vehicle until almost 24 hours. I had already waited 6 hour to be towed. I ended up having to call someone else. Just a few minutes ago today I called AAA to tow a commercial vehicle. Again, I waited hours into the following day just to be told they don’t tow commercial vehicles. They also have bad communication. I called in to find out why my vehicle is still in the driveway just to find out they don’t service commercial vehicles. Horrible experience! I may discontinue my membership."

""Bait and switch" pricing. Went in to get an oil change after I had received a coupon in the mail for $69.99 oil & filter change. They charged me $88.10 for the oil change. They said my oil filter was "special" and they also added Supply Charges. I looked all over the place for my oil filter and the price was practically the same as a Chevy Equinox, Toyota Camry, etc. Nothing special about my oil filter. Supply Charges were another $7.43. So of the $88.10, only $3.24 in taxes and my oil change which should have been $69.99 was actually $84.86, otherwise said they had $14.87 hidden charges (mark-up). Always ask about the fine print before you commit and ask for an estimated out-the-door price."
