"On 31 Oct, my 2019 A6 stopped on highway while driving with battery warning and all types of malfunctions, I had it towed into the service department at Marietta Audi. A couple of days later, it was determined that it needed an alternator/generator, which would be covered under Audi extended warranty. However, the part was on backorder and would take 2-3 weeks. One week after my car was there, I received another call from the service representative stating they found a leak in my coolant hose pipe o ring. After 4 weeks, I get an invoice for other repairs that were not discussed prior to them completing the work, i.e. control arm bushing for the front upper control arm. I received an invoice for over 3100 in repairs. Luckily, I have an extended warranty that covered most. However, Ive paid over 1900 for repairs that were never discussed prior. And to top it all off, I didn't get a loaner/rental car until 2 days prior to my car being completed. Roughly 3.5 weeks without transportation. I am very unhappy with this service department. This is the second time I've had a lack luster service or lack of communication from service department."

I can’t say the same for the rest of their agents, but when something gets escalated to him you can rest assured it will be handled well and promptly."
"I called to get a service appointment for an Emergency SOS yellow light message to call service because there was nothing I could do. All the electronics were not working! The lady was kind, but the service department was too busy. Three days out before they could even look at it! Option B was scheduled for an appointment two weeks off. I have never experienced this type of customer service from Mercedes. I called Audi South, and they got me right in!"
