"Very early on a very rainy morning, on my way to work, I had a tire blow out. I was on Barrett Pkwy, parked in the right turn lane for I-75 and extremely nervous about being there. I called Marietta Towing and was told there was no one ahead of me but I'd have to wait for someone to finish up. Inside of 30 minutes, Nick pulled up. He helped me transfer my work bags and gave me assistance to climb into his truck. He took my car to the tire store of my choice and dropped me off at my place of residence. He had been working all night in the rain and was tired, I'm sure, but he never let on. (I found out by asking questions!) He was friendly, courteous, professional, good-natured and accommodating. This was the second time I've used this company and so far, I feel quite blessed to have accidentally discovered them! They do not disappoint!"

"Dead battery on a Saturday when I had to be at work. I have a 2012 Equinox, the computer sits on top of the battery and jumping it requires a level of skill I don't have. Marietta Wrecker had excellent service from the initial phone call to the wrecker arriving in less than 30 minutes. Nick was very professional and competent, jumped the battery which allowed me to go get a new one and still get to work on time. Highly recommend!"

"Professional staff from start to finish, answered phone promptly, quoted me their fees upfront, arrived on time to help me, called me along the way and when they arrived to help me. My Technician was "Miller," he shook my hand and asked me to share what was going on with my stranded vehicle. He was friendly and listened to my issue. He then decided to try jumping my vehicle even though I had tried already with my portable battery. I listened to him and the jumpstart worked. He shared with me the issue and gave me several ideas to fix the problem permanently. He adjusted his fees to charge me less than the quoted price with the company since he didn't tow my vehicle, very honest and thoughtful of him. He made sure to have the correct bill emailed to me while I waited there with him so the changes could be made. He and dispatch billing person were both working quickly to charge me correct amount.
