"I contacted German Auto Repair for a quote after a mobile mechanic said that my VW Atlas needed a new radiator (original issue was a coolant leak). I spoke with Craig and he was able to get my car in pretty quickly as I only had a short window that I could be without a car. Craig said that he would be surprised if my car actually needed a new radiator and suggested that I let them do a pressure test to see where the leak was coming from. The mobile mechanic was incorrect and the guys at German Auto Repair figured out that my radiator was okay and that I needed a new water pump. They ordered the part same day and it was a quick fix! Not only did I get my car back much quicker than I was anticipating, but the cost was significantly less than what I was expecting to pay. Craig and Bill were both fantastic people to work with. They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and made a pleasant experience out of a stressful situation. I highly recommend this repair shop and will only take my car here moving forward!"
