Trace was amazing, he got me into the truck I needed (which had just become available), he thoroughly explained/refreshed me on towing the car and made sure I was safe to go. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. Whether you have shipping needs (PakMail) or a move (U-Haul), I would absolutely recommend Trace and his team."

"Trace and his crew at this Pak Mail location are simply the BEST!!! They are always so helpful, organized, thorough, patient, and kind. I "bug" them regularly to ship things, buy stamps, and to print & fax things for me. No matter how busy they are, they take their time with you and give you all of the shipping options and prices. Today, they even let me sit down at their computer so I could find a doctor's form I needed to print on the doctor's website! I look forward to going in there just to say hello to this wonderful crew! I will continue to give them my business and would highly recommend them!"
"I am a small business owner and tried so many shipping centers from Alpharetta to Suwanee but, this Pak Mail location is the best. Every time I drop off a package with pre-paid label before late afternoon, it’d start tracking the same day. They also have great customer service. Trace is incredibly hospitable, kind and polite.
