"Absolute worse!! Took advantage of my insurance company by racking up towing fees… his was given directions and the phone number to the body shop and refused to tow my vehicle there. Myself, the body shop, and the insurance company tried calling for three weeks and couldn’t get in touch with him. When I finally got in touch with him he refused to release my car and demanded payment. Had to send another towing company to go pick up my car and take to the body shop. Do yourself a favor and never use this useless, rude, unreliable, snack in the grass company!!!!!!!!!!"
"They charged $120 to tow my truck less than 5 feet in order to get the back tire out of a ditch next to my driveway. They were "on the clock" (from the time of my call until the tow was complete) for less than 25 minutes. That's an hourly rate of over $400 dollars, or alternatively over $20 dollars per foot towed. That's absolutely insane and unacceptable."
