"Unfortunately, this is a company we no longer feel comfortable doing business with. There can be hundreds of issues to be faced daily when your company works with third-party contractors & service providers. What determines whether or not you keep the service is the way that issues are handled. From the owner of Fusion Fleet Services, we received rude and disrespectful responses when handling specific matters, even after trying to work it out with the owner & coming to an agreement. Our Accounting department handled it professionally and honestly, but fusion fleet still responded angrily and rudely even after honest communication on our part. They continued to aggressively call numbers outside of our Accounting department, which were not the correct channels to resolve the issue. Professionalism was thrown out the window altogether. We will not be using Fusion fleets again and do not recommend them at all!"

"Update to your response: This was an honest review of your services, posted on the proper forum. Nothing derogatory was said about your employee except that he "struggled" (taking 4 hours to complete 3 installs that other companies have done in less than 2) and that he failed to report that he cracked the window during install (which is 100% true) although he acknowledged it after via text to my phone when I asked him about it. And finally, I wrote the review because I scheduled this install and I was there for the duration of this install and also the one your tech communicated with. Your tech has been here for 5 hours, struggling to install 3 cameras. He cracked the windshield of one truck and hasn't bothered to report it to me. Come get your boy and you're replacing the windshield."
