"I called a very popular auto glass place to come out to my home for a windshield replacement and they had me block out an entire day and decided not to show up…No bother in calling…I found out they weren’t coming when I finally called their customer service. I was told the manager would call me first thing next day…Again no call until I called customer service again. I sought out a new place and I was referred to Chris at Unique Auto Glass through a friend and they did not disappoint. I got an instant appointment and quote which was A LOT cheaper than what I would’ve paid through the other Popular place. Date of repair was quick and professional. I Will absolutely be going back if ever needed and recommending others to go there as well. Best. Edward"
"Chris….. Came out on a unknown replacement but looked out and showed love….. misunderstanding but I greatly appreciate the guys and the work that was done and taken care of….. I told him who done and said that guy no longer works for us anymore…. But also stated if they told you we will replace it that’s our word and we will not go back on it"
