"I bring my work truck here every 5000 miles. Almost every three months. Even my personal truck at least once a year. Every time I visit for an oil change I’m met with open arms. Almost always offered a water and they also have a restroom you can use. It’s nice to sit there and 15 min later pull out with something checked off the adult list. I’ll be back for sure."

"The service was very slow. When I did get service, the technician struggled with my air intake hose, making several loud noises, making me concerned about whether he knew what he was doing. The air intake hose is in a very tight space and has a mass airflow sensor on the side of it. The technician was trying to check my air filter. This was not accomplished, because when I got home after repairing my car, I checked the air filter and it had extreme buildup. After the service was complete, I left the Calhoun GA take5 and drove about 4 miles. Then my check engine light came on. Shortly after, my car began to misfire and died. I was able to restart several times and make it back to the take5 , but the manager did everything to turn this into a fantastic coincidence. The manager told me that I could take it to His auto mechanic, but if the problem was diagnosed by his mechanic that it was not their fault, I would have to pay an inspection fee to his mechanic. There was no mention of the cost involved. I then drove to a local auto parts store, and they diagnosed the problem…damaged mass airflow sensor."

"Both times I have visited Take 5 my experience has been amazing. I'm always greeted with a smiling face. That smiling face always has a complimentary bottle of water to offer. If I'm not brought into a bay immediately, I am kept informed of how long I'll need to wait and offered another bottle of water. The technicians are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They not only change the oil but they check the coolant, tire pressure, windshield wipers and top off the wiper fluid. Their up selling is professionally done and not at all pushy. The manger themselves check each and every vehicle before it leaves their shop. The only negative thing is the website doesn't text or email promised coupons."
