"On New Year’s eve day, we had a flat tire and a damaged wheel. Eduardo and Veronica and their team were so wonderful to us. They tried to fix it and when they couldn’t made a plan with us to order a new wheel. They stored our car for six days so that we could go home and come back and pick it up. They were so kind and courteous. Their staff was very knowledgeable. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Thank you."
"My customer service experience: after having a flat tire on 75 southbound on a Saturday night, I walked into this establishment on a Sunday morning and I was immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk before the door even shut behind me. She was prompt, courteous, and competant. They had my tire in stock, used, in excellent shape. And they had it mounted on my wheel in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend"
