"Love the stylists at this location, they are amazing. My elderly mom cannot sit in the stylists Chair so they cut her hair in her wheelchair and make her feel like a queen. Your Cannonsburg, KY location is the best ever."
"My fiance put his name on the list and since there were 3 people ahead of us, we walked around. Never got a call. According to the website, they close at 7 but she was already counting down the drawer at 5:25. I called to ask what time they close and she said 6 but she just took her last customer. Where?! Who?! There was no one in there!! They don't stay on time and are rude. Do not recommend."
"My husband put his name down while the stylist was behind the counter on her phone. We decided to walk around to kill time but when we were checking out they were closing up. Asked the woman leaving the salon and she said “i didn’t know anyone else put their name down”. Why wouldn’t you check that BEFORE you close early? Not worth your time!"
"Horrible!! Made appointment days in advance. Called to confirm appointment... Said they couldn't do it because they were short staffed... I made an appointment for the reason that I knew I could get my hair done. Shouldn't matter If they were short staffed or not. Told me that if the took me... Which they refused to that they were not be able to take other customers... Mine would have cost over $100! They lost all that for maybe spare hair cuts... As well as the girl who took my appointment was to busy flirting instead of paying attention to me. She interrupted me in order to talk to her boyfriend..."
