"I subsided my dissatisfaction out of generosity and regret it wholeheartedly because of how badly I was taken advantage of. I went in for an all-over color and trim. I will say, part of the problem wasn’t the stylists fault, because I can understand how busy things can be. But, it is her job to prioritize her client and allow other employees to take a client instead of taking as many at once as she could’ve out of greed in exchange to neglect her current client. The problem sat in when I sat with dye on my hair for over 2 hours, (thankfully my hair isn’t too damaged!) noticed several faults that I kept having to remind the stylist about, (dye all over my face, she forgot to dye my eyebrows, and there are several spots she had missed, only to fix one spot). In the end I spent a total of 5 hours in the salon, listening to the stylist complain about her life, and I paid $121. The audacity she had when It was the WORST salon experience I’ve ever had and she passively begged me for a tip greater than I gave her. I can’t give one greater than $10 because I now have to find someone to fix my terrible dye job!"

"Worst 7 minute haircut I've ever had. Didn't even offer to get the hair off of my face,ears and neck. She was in such a hurry when removing the cape she dumped hair all over me. I had to go to the restroom and use paper towels to try and get some of the hair off of me. Guess I'll go tomorrow and pay another $25 somewhere else to get it fixed. I would post pics but it's embarrassing."

"Wish I could go lower than a one star. The stylists are nice and all but I would rather have someone with a bad attitude that knows what they are doing than someone that’s nice to you that has no idea what they are doing. I tried several times to tell the girl how my hair was and that I just wanted it trimmed up (mind you my hair is very short and it has to be done with clippers in parts) but she wouldn’t listen and kept cutting more and more off of my hair. I even had a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair and she still couldn’t do it. And she knew she messed it up too because she asked if I wanted it styled and I said yes style it like it is in the picture which was teased up and meant to stand straight up and fall to the side slightly and she cakes paste in my hair and slicks it straight back...... I had to tell her that that’s not how the picture looks at all and had to try and fix it myself when I got to the car....... I am extremely disappointed with my service here. They need to hire people that have actually went to college and not hire people fresh out of the local $100 beauty school!!!!!!!!!"
