"Showed hairdresser what style I wanted totally ignored it. She thinned out my hair without consulting me first. I was ok with it but she thinned out most of my hair in the back of my head to make it look flat. NO LAYERS WHAT SO EVER!!! It was shorter than I expected. I'm so upset can't wait for my hair to grow back. I will go back but use the other hairdresser. And this time give step by step instructions. Add a photo no way I am embarrassed to show my face. I was so excited to finally get a good haircut and she messed that up for me!"

"They did an awesome job! I didn’t catch the kind ladies name that cut my 2 year old sons hair, but she went way above and beyond to make it work, when she didn’t have to. He wouldn’t keep a mask on and really needed a haircut and we live out of state, here for work. She went out her way to take him outside to cut his hair since there’s now a mask rule and did an amazing job very grateful for her and her patients to help him out!!! Very pleased with our visit!"
