"Place still closed zero workers it honestly just needs removed from high street at this point you look at these reviews absolutely disgusting man dating back over a year of just horrible customer service and poor work ethic , hygiene , always had people sit around for over an hour even inside to make 2 sandwiches. The list goes on NEVER goto this Jimmy Johns they would have to completely restore the inside and get a whole new staff before anyone that knows about the place would ever step anywhere near it again. Very very bad resturant needs a serious revamp that's forsure though because when they had it together man they had it together everything was great! Until it wasn't. So honest review 0/10 never had a good experience from here besides like around when they first opened really."

"Always late for delivery, sometimes well over an hour. Right now my husband is waiting for an order I placed in the app (as always) two hours ago, to be delivered one hour ago. No sign of it. I’ve called six times - no answer. Went in one day to pick up an order because I don’t trust delivery much anymore, and the kids were chitchatting sitting on the counters, and not one had bothered to check the orders that came through. So I had to wait while they made it when it should’ve been made already. This store gives the Jimmy John’s chain a HORRIBLE name."

"I'm convinced this is the worst JJs on the planet. The last 3 times I ordered delivery, it never showed up. Why did I give it 3 chances? It's the closest one to me. The 3rd time I went into the store to get the order 3 hours later, right before the driver got there to pick it up. I picked up the order and it was wrong. So even if it was delivered in 2 hours, it wouldn't have been right anyway. Went into the store today because I was already down town and surely they couldn't mess up an order in the store. I ordered 4 sandwiches, it took a half hour, and it was wrong. I'm pretty sure they're all stoned and incapable of simple tasks. I have no idea how they survive once they walk back onto the sidewalk. Avoid this place like a plague or collect free sandwich cards that won't ever be fulfilled right."

"Sub was soggy like it was made and let's sit before it was delivered. Took over an hour an a half to deliver. Food was not prepared to order request. Very unprofessional an very displeased with Jimmy John's service. As far as customer satisfaction. Costumers complaints aren't being addressed an or taken care of or handled in a professional manner. In my opinion whoever is running the store needs some looking at. Also this isn't the first time this has happened."
