"every time i order my pizza with extra sauce and square cut it always comes regular slice and uneven or mangled so i called about it and they offered a free pizza. The free pizza i got is burnt and they forgot my extra sauce yet again. I love the taste of papa johns but i can’t order from here if they mess my order up every time"

"This place is so hit and miss. Sometimes good food, sometimes terrible. There needs to be a standard prep for things like papadias that they have to use - make sure the amount of ingredients is the same across orders. Because no 2 papadias are ever alike for me, and I order the same thing a lot. Sometimes full to bursting, sometimes thin and hard and barely anything in them."

"This place serves good pizza and the workers seem nice. But they are overwhelmed. They don't seem to limit their orders but can't keep up with what they get. Last two times I ordered carryout, I had to wait. The most recent, I had to wait over an hour. People that were expecting delivery were coming in to get their orders. Used to be reliable. Lately, not at all. Not sure if management is poor or understaffed or both. Pizza still tasty, just be prepared to wait. Don't order if it is time sensitive. And don't head to store until you get an email saying pizza is in oven."

"I ordered delivery and I had to go to the store an hour and a half later to pick it up. My food was sitting there done and no attempts were made to contact me and say that delivery was unavailable. I have been ordering from here for a couple years and never had an issue. Management was unable to resolve any of my issues in the store. Im not sure if there is a new manager there, but it was a very negative experience."

"I wasn't able to actually order a pizza instead of talking to Papa. John's they sent me to some foreigner in a different country. ... The lady didn't understand the geography of the location so I wasn't able to make an order. ... Wish they would have answered so I could have ordered a pizza but I guess cheap foreign labor is more important than customer service."
