"I worked at sonic for 2 years through high school and I love sonic but this was my first time at the radford sonic and I am disappointed. Old fry oil lead to bitter fries, the fries were cold and soggy. The chili cheese tots was so cold the cheese didn’t even try to melt, and they only put one scoop of chili on a large, that’s just lazy. The burger was good but the lettuce was brown. The drink was not filled too the top and also they lime was not squeezed. There was 4 people standing around, food came out in 30 seconds cause it’s been sitting there cold. It’s not hard to make good quality food to order… Anyways just disappointed."
"Sat at a kiosk for 10 minutes, no one answered the red button activation. Drove to another kiosk. Same thing happened at 3 different kiosks. Nobody even spoke up to say they were busy or that the kiosks were broken(if that was the case) spent 30 minutes waiting before I left. I wouldn't have minded the wait as long as someone could have atleast addressed me to let me know what was up. To just be ignored is wild."
"This is what you get for .99 cents nowadays. What a joke. I also bought a double cheeseburger combo that was Lukewarm. Sonic just isn't what it used to be."
"I had very quick service for a late Friday night with several other customers there. The food was just mediocre, but not bad enough to send back. I wouldn't seek out this particular location in the future until after trying other local food options but I can't say the meal was bad enough that I'd never return either."
"Hot dogs were cold. Spoke with Luke who perpetrated to be the manager and he hung up the phone. Gave me a hard time cuz I sent the dogs back. I asked him for a refund he told me to leave and don't come back lol. Its Sonic dude. Not the Hotel Roanoke. Gladly!!!"
