"Lied to two delivery drivers about our order being placed which caused for it to be delayed for almost an hour and on top of that half of our order was missing! What we did get was decent for being delayed, but it was a waste of time ordering from here for both myself and the delivery drivers."
"When Hardee's came out with their Thickburgers, they had something great. They sure know how to ruin a good thing, burgers are always nasty, reheated old burger or they are made and left under a heat lamp I am assuming. The fries are disgusting, they used to be good too when U could get them halfway fresh, U can forget that now."
"Drive thrift was busy with minimal wait. I was told that my chicken biscuits would take 5 minutes and I was fine with that since I'd be getting freshly cooked and hot chicken. The staff was nice and apologetic about the wait. The food was very good."
"Pretty slow service, unfortunately. They were slammed for most of the Brunch rush from 10-11 while I was there. The food was good, as expected. The biscuit and gravy (yes, 1 biscuit) was overpriced, but good. The hash brown patty discs were good, on par with McD's full-size hash brown patties."
"There was puddles of water in the floor and customer went and got a mop to mop it up. The nozzles for the pop machine wasn’t on there and cashier didn’t know where there were. Too much salt on fries. I have worked in food service for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this. I worked for Hardee’s for 5 years."
