"Cute park, spread out lengthwise along the river. Nice playground, new cover over three picnic tables, beautiful setting. However, THERE IS NO RESTROOM. We took a detour off of I-81 for lunch and to stretch our legs, but had to depart immediately to find a restroom. There is a small building near the playground that looks like it might have once been a restroom."
