"It was a good organization under the previous management, but the new management is only out to make money rather than benefiting the lives of the kids in Pulaski County. Rather than functioning as a non-profit, they are charging for classes for everyone and relying on that as income rather than fundraising. The new management also got rid of the after school program which is why the youth center was created in the first place."
